Bobby’s Burgers is a renewed version of the celebrated Bobby’s Burger Palace restaurants by chef Bobby Flay. Debuted in 2021, the intent of the redesign was to breathe life into the look of typical fast-casual restaurants for a modern, youthful audience.
The crisp new blue and cream color palette paired with classic typography and mascot characters instill guests with a feeling of familiarity and freshness, a la the iconic Adidas tracksuit. This concept translates into the interiors with large scale terrazzo, corrugated metal, and bold collegiate feeling stripes that combined create a graphic and inviting space.

Caesars Palace Las Vegas, Forum Food Hall
Harrah's Las Vegas, Fulton Street Food Court
Paris Las Vegas, Le Boulevard
Yankee Stadium in NYC, near Section 132
